Step 1: Review the Shareworks account information you received in the mail
On June 16, 2011, Solium mailed your personal account number and passwords to your home address. You should have received two letters in separate mailings for security purposes. You need both letters to log into Shareworks at http://www.solium.com/login. If you did not receive these letters, or would like to access your account immediately, please contact Solium’s Participant Services Group at 1.877.380.7793 or email@example.com. The Participant Services Group is available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.
Go to http://www.solium.com/login.
Enter your account number and temporary login password (case sensitive).
Once all steps are completed, your account will be fully active.
